The story

City Quays 2 is a new office development featuring 8,782 sq m of Grade A office space arranged over nine floors. It is to be the home of broadcaster ITV’s newest acquisition, UTV. They have secured the entire 1,059 sq m of the eighth floor which will be UTV’s new headquarters in Belfast.

This move in a prime location in central Belfast represents an important investment for ITV and a significant milestone in UTV’s history, after 59 years in Havelock House on the Ormeau road. To complement this prestigious location, they were looking for high-quality electrical equipment capable to support all the technical needs of a media company, including HD studios and edit suites.

The solution
